Time:  After Business Meeting and Lunch
 

Kimberly Topper will be teaching a class on making this adorable bobbin pin.  

You can add  your own charms as well as the ones Kimberly has.

There is still room to sign up and you can pay the $5 at the meeting.  

Plan on bringing a pair of needle nose or round pliers to the class.

You can bring your lunch if you would like.

Date: Wednesday, October 5

Where: Lake Oconee Lutheran Church 

Time: 9pm to 2 pm

 

Kay Dejno will teach a beginning paper piecing class from 9 a.m. –2 p.m.
Kay will provide a kit with the fabric and pattern.

We will make this 5 ½ inch pumpkin block.  

Plan to arrive at 9 a.m. to set up your machine and materials.

Class will start at 9:30 a.m. If we finish before lunch, feel free to bring lunch and continue to sew after lunch. We have the church until 2 p.m.

Here are the supplies needed:

Sewing machine and accessories

A quarter ruler if you have one, if not bring a small ruler

Rotary cutter

Iron and mat

Glue Stick

There is no fee for the class but a donation to the Quilts of Valor is requested. Please text Kay by September 30th if you plan to attend so she will have enough kits for everyone (770 312-0474).
